Order Processing and Shipping Times
At EBM LuxeTime, most in-stock luxury watches are ready for shipment and typically ship the same business day when ordered before our cutoff time. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
For items labeled as Price On Request or Special Order, please allow 2 to 5 business days from the order date for shipping. These watches are specially sourced from our suppliers to fulfill your unique order and may require additional preparation time.
All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.
Pre-Shipment Inspection and Testing
Each timepiece is carefully pulled from our showroom and verified against the online listing to ensure consistency with its description. The original box and papers are included as specified for each model.
Before shipment, our expert watchmakers conduct thorough testing using state-of-the-art equipment. This quality control ensures cosmetic excellence, accuracy in timekeeping, and water resistance when applicable.
Shipment and Delivery
Orders are securely packaged and shipped via UPS or FedEx to the billing address provided during checkout. A signature is required upon delivery or pickup to ensure safe receipt.
All shipments include insurance coverage to protect your valuable purchase during transit.
Sales Tax and Fees
In compliance with Florida state regulations, EBM LuxeTime is required to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees for all taxable orders shipped to addresses within Florida.
International Shipping
Currently, EBM LuxeTime ships only within the United States. We are exploring options for international shipping and will update our policy accordingly.
