What This Warranty Covers
This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship of your luxury timepiece under normal use and conditions for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not extend to:
- Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, drops, impacts, or excessive force
- Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or maintenance
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, minor scuffs, surface marks, or finish fading
- Water damage if the watch was not used or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's water resistance specifications
- Damage arising from unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications, or service performed by third parties not approved by EBM LuxeTime
- Consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or emotional distress
- Battery replacement, unless the watch remains under warranty and the battery failure is directly attributable to a manufacturing defect

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions for safely returning your timepiece to our authorized service center.
Our Commitment
Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, EBM LuxeTime will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective timepiece with a comparable model of equal or greater value. We will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replaced watch to your designated address.
Important Terms and Conditions
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the timepiece from EBM LuxeTime.
- Proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
- EBM LuxeTime reserves the right to modify, amend, or update the terms of this warranty at any time without prior notice.
- This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.
