Return Eligibility
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: The watch must be unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (e.g., warranty card, user manual).
Exclusions: Special orders, custom pieces, engraved items, and sourced watches are generally non-returnable. Please contact us for specific inquiries or potential exceptions.
Important: Due to the high value of our items, a mandatory unpacking video of the product is required upon delivery. This video must be provided for any claims involving incorrect, damaged, or missing items.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
Repack the watch securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly label the package with the RMA number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a secure, insured shipping method such as FedEx or UPS.
Refund and Restocking Fee
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
A restocking fee of 5% applies to all returns or exchange requests due to the luxury nature and value of our products.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
- Watches purchased during sales, promotions, or marked as “Price on Request” are non-returnable.
- Watches showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery cannot be returned.
- All sourced and specially ordered timepieces are final sale and non-returnable.
